The above rates are valid for period Immediately until March 31, 2011, and the above rates quoted are inclusive 21% government tax and service charge
Reservation for legal wedding should be made at the latest 30 days before wedding day
50% down payment must be paid in order to confirm the reservation and the rest of payment should be settled at the latest one day before the wedding day.
Cancellation made less than 30 days from wedding date get 50% refund of deposit
Cancellation made less than 14 days from wedding date get 25 % refund of deposit
Cancellation made less than 7 days from wedding date or no call/no show will not receive a refund of deposit

Copy of birth certificate from both parties
Identity Card (KTP)
Letter of free to marry or has never been married from the village chief (Kepala Desa or Lurah)
Letter of parental consent for person under 21
Death certificate of former spouse (when relevant)
Divorce certificate (when relevant)
Witnesses at least 2 person (if required)
5 (five) latest photographs (6cm x 4cm) of the couple in same photo

Copy of passport of the couple and witnesses
Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage, issued by your consulate or embassy in Indonesia
Death certificate of former spouse (when relevant)
Divorce certificate (when relevant)
